Comment: Guys, the dev is a totally awesome guy. I emailed him about the apostrophe issue and he replied lightning-quick with a fix.
He did mention that he didn't have time at the moment to make a new release so for everyone, here's the fix:
"Find line 987:
$path1 = preg_split("/[\\\\\/]+/", $dir);
Add this new line before the one you found:
$dir = stripslashes($dir);
Make sure you keep the file encoding utf-8 when you save or the icons
will break."
